I see the Nair army has already arrived, but yes, keep plucking (eventually you can destroy the follicles - I did this with a few hairs between my eyebrows, took a couple years) or just use a depilatory cream meant for facial hair. It takes less time and lasts longer than shaving, and it won't give you razor burn or ingrown hairs.
