I thankfully only have a few darker patches on my upper lip (standard femme moustache), and one dark thick hair on the underside of my chin. Ick. I used to wax my mo, but I have super sensitive skin and the irritation was giving me terrible, scarring pimples on the sides of my mouth, so now I just tweeze all my dark hairs. It might take a few minutes to look 'non hairy', but it'll last at least a week if you get the hairs by the follicle, and is just a super minimum amount of hassle.
