I knew a lot of guys like that in high school but I haven't run into them much in college, and I mostly work with women.

I knew someone who was like that.

Actually she was just kind of... screwed up in general. She had this deep-seated hatred of women, and often talked about how she was going to marry a gay man and have, and I quote, "gay babies."

I told her it doesn't work that way and she called me a racist. Sometimes I think this is her but it doesn't have enough grammar or spelling mistakes.

Oh she was batshit crazy and it was fun to mess with her.

Like the time she was loudly insisting that Judas' kiss of death was "yaoi evidence" and I said she was demented and making Bible scholars cry. She started shrieking at me and reaching into her backpack and throwing copies of her (untranslated) yaoi manga at me before storming off in a huff.

Sadly, this is my mother. Though she isn't extreme about it, as in going on random rants or talking badly if there are lesbians in a TV show, but behold if her only daughter might be bi, because lesbians are weird creatures in real life or some such shit. And then she can turn around and tell me gleefully about that time my father got hit on by their gay neighbour, teehee.
(She also seems to think no man could be getting excited by seeing lesbians...)

I wish I haven't seen that but I have. I haven't seen it in my main live action fandoms but around the edges of anime fandoms... To take a page from Tumblr, homophobic assholes are gross.
