I haven't personally encountered it, but I was incredibly grossed out by the story told to me of a female friend-of-a-friend who went to the doctor after a few weeks of involuntary orgasms only to be told they'd been caused by maggots squirming about inside her. I feel faint just thinking about it.

Although it's probably somebody's fetish, and I'm sure I would've run into proof of that if I didn't search Snopes specifically.

It's worth noting that it also sounds highly unlikely to me, as it would require flies to have either laid eggs in the mayonnaise or...yeah. So it's thankfully an urban legend.
