Just because you have a hole, doesn't mean you have to stick something in it. Penetration only does nothing for me and I rarely do any sort of penetrative masturbation. Anyway, I don't know how to make you not horny, if that's even what it is because I certainly don't experience sexual arousal as an itch (more like a throbbing or a tickle), but there are other ways to masturbate that are usually more effective for females that don't involve sticking something in your vagina.
