I'd say that, most of the time, there are power dynamics between siblings as well. Depending on how much older the eldest is, they could have a lot of power over the younger. Or vice verse, depending on how the family works.

But, I don't know, if they didn't grow up together, and then met and fell in love, I wouldn't see a problem with it.
