It's not misogyny just because you don't like a female character, even if you don't have a very good reason! I like Belle but I can see why some people don't. It's only sexist if the reasons behind it are sexist or if you'd let male characters have a free pass for the same thing. (e.g., plenty of characters in OUAT make really dumb decisions, so hating her for that but not any of the male characters would be a bit dubious.)
