Why's that a bad thing to do?

I've hung out with and nurtured secret crushes on people who've had no idea I've that kind of impulse. They were comfortable around me when they probably should have treated me the same way they treat guys. Not that I ever did anything untoward with it.

It also means I've effectively doomed myself to never really knowing a pretty important part of myself as anything other than something I have to make sure I hide offline. Its too late for that.

Yes. See, Noodle kept mounting all the furniture so we took him for a little operation and now he's nice again

I can't agree that that's a bad thing in any way outside of any harm it's caused you emotionally.
