I hope you can move on there anon, it sucks that it happened so maybe give yourself a break from that particular fandom so time can blunt the nasty surprise? But if you find yourself unable to continue that fic maybe it'd be better to leave it, don't pressure yourself if it's no longer enjoyable. You're not obligated to finish it, especially if it's upsetting you. Maybe you'll be up to it in time?
