Black Widow and Hawkeye are great characters. Yeah, they haven't been nearly as interesting in MCU as they are in the comics, but that means they have potential to be better. Disclaimer: haven't watched Winter Soldier yet.

IT IS SO GOOD; you don't even know. I wish I could get a mind-wipe and watch it all over again.

I think if you tend to like Black Widow, you will probably like her in Winter Soldier. At least, that's how it was for me.
