I talked to SCDOT and me and my team are meeting with them on Wednesday. They're begging us to write a grant so they can give us $400,000. We're going to get this guy in our corner and tell us how to write this sucker.

Worst case scenario: they don't fund us. But they know our names, they know we talked to them and covered our bases, and when we reapply next year we'll get the money then. That's a helluva good worst case scenario.
