There are some brownie recipes that take five eggs to make.

My sister is an urban chicken farmer, so I've definitely dealt with the OMG SO MANY EGGS. Also, if you have coworkers, I'm sure one or two would be interested. Charge $2 a half dozen. More expensive than the store, but a lot of people like knowing what they're eating wasn't factory farmed, so they'll pay.
