Well, the anon was saying that looking "white" isn't just how white people look and that looking "white" doesn't make a person any less part of whatever non-European culture they are from. I think?
And I totally agree with that, but Hollywood cast Keanu Reeves not to represent a mixed-race person but so that an American audience could relate to the main character. Which is probably where Keanu Reeves looking "white as hell" was coming from when someone said he was a good choice to play a mixed-race character because he has Chinese ancestry (or whatever it is again).
