I love these two. As much as the writing pisses me off, these two make it worth watching. Their interaction is the best. Any fic links? I struggle to find any good ones :/

The thing about Sheldon/Penny to me is that their surface differences (like interests and education) are so different, but their core traits--like competitiveness--bounce off each other really well.
