weird absurd crossovers

i just stumbled upon a lost/jonas brothers crossover where the band ends up on the island (idk how, i'm too weirded out to read it) and nick jonas and richard fall in love. the author has made a timeline and a character chart and everything.

have you guys ever seen anything like this? i'm just sitting there in front of the screen like "why? what made them think it was a thing that needed to be done?"

Oh yeah, all the time. The Harry Potter fandom needs its own version of Rule 34 for this sort of thing: "If it exists, there is Harry Potter crossover fanfiction. And it is probably really weird."

On a completely unrelated note, I recently stumbled upon a Yu-Gi-Oh/Psych fanfic.

The Harry Potter fandom is lousy with weird crossovers and I love it. Anyone read the Harry/Tony Stark fic? I've been curious about it.

If so, it's okay. Not the best ever but an enjoyable read.

I read like one chapter and was like "ehhh." It's too long to not grab my interest quickly.

...These are some of my favourite types of fics. They're just so ridiculous. I read a Naruto/Silent Hill crossover once, I think? Can't remember the details but it was hilarious. And a surprisingly good Batman/Criminal Minds crossover.

World of Warcraft/Silent hill crossover. (You Awaken In Razor Hill) It's amazing once it gets going.

There are quite a few Karl Urban character crossovers that are both out there and well written. Mirrorverse!Cupid (Hercules the Legendary Journeys) is really Mirrorverse!Bones (Star Trek) kind of stuff.

Weirdest I ever saw was a M*A*S*H/Sailor Moon crossover.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer/7th Heaven.

It was weird, but it worked.

You wouldn't happen to have a link to that, would you?

Here it is. I'm not really a fan of the way the Buffy characters are introduced, but once they're there and the story starts cooking, it gets really pretty good, and takes a brutally honest look at the Camdens.

I remember reading a Star Trek: Voyager/Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time crossover, with Janeway and Seven taking the place of Link and having a lot of hot sex along the way, and then at the end Seven gave birth Janeway's love-baby on the bridge because they had sex while staying with the Gerudo and there was like, magic and stuff. Why is it always Seven who ends up pregnant with Janeway's caffeine-addicted demon spawn in fic and not the other way around, anyway? Sure, she's younger and is usually coded as the more feminine one in their relationship, but I can't imagine that the Borg would've left everything as-is in there during the assimilation process. I mean, I'm sure the EMH could grow her an entirely new uterus if need be, or at least safely remove any, like, swinging saw-blades or hidden bear traps that may or may not have been placed in her reproductive organs because the Borg are dicks like that, but it seems like it'd be way less effort to just make Janeway be the one to gestate any brats they might want.

...What were we talking about, again? Oh, right. Crossovers. Anyway, I guess I don't have any room to talk when it comes to Star Trek/Nintendo property crossovers, really.
