What I like about the show is that threats of rape and rape can happen to men as well in some contexts, it's not a woman-only issue.
Also, the less icky obsession with pedophilia.

Yes, but we don't get sexualized dicks. And we get an inordinate amount of sex scenes where the woman is naked and the man still has clothes on and we only get one of the reverse (episode 3 season 1 with Dany and Drogo). And even though we get naked back shots of both, the way they are filmed are different and we get much more naked female ass than male.
