Re: On the subject of fanservice
What determines whether you're doing something right or wrong is whether an actual, real-life person is being harmed by your actions. Looking at computer-generated images of half-naked fictional women doesn't harm anyone; looking at upskirt photos of women and girls who did not consent to be photographed does harm someone. See the difference? As long as the sexy media you're enjoying doesn't involve non-consensual harm to real people, you have no reason to feel this crushing guilt.
Even if some of the media you consume promotes problematic images of women, that doesn't automatically make you a bad person; you just need to be careful not to treat real-life women as though they were fanservice images that exist solely for your sexual gratification. As long as you don't do that, you're okay.
I know that doesn't necessarily make your problems with guilt and self-loathing magically go away; it sounds like you've internalized some really damaging messages about sexuality to the extent that you don't know how to find images of women sexy without thinking that you're doing something awful. I agree with all the people here who have suggested you see a therapist about this. Hopefully a professional can help you get to a place where you can experience attraction and arousal without hating yourself for it. Sexual attraction isn't necessarily exploitative, and I think you need some help to realize that.
