For Comedies: Clue, because not only does it work as a comedy, but also because it works really well as a mystery movie that you can find clues in for the reveals of who did it. Half and half slap-stick comedy and deadpan humorous lines (if i'm describing the dialogue correctly)

For other movies in general: I really love Jurassic Park, because I love the action and dinosaurs, plus the CGI holds up fairly well even today.

Clue's going at the top of the list. It looks to be exactly my cup of tea. :D Plus, Tim Curry! Yes.

I know, probably because I haven't seen rocky horror picture show, but to me Tim Curry will always be Wadsworth the Butler from Clue (and Gabriel Knight, but Wadsworth first and foremost). And I'm not kidding about those clues, if you pay attention if you watch after the first time, you will notice little clues littered throughout the movie that point to different ways the crime could have happened.
