Mainly going to bed earlier. Lately I've been staying up till 2AM reading fanfic, but that is not a good habit; makes it harder for me to get up early, eat and exercise.

Ah yes, this too. I used to be really good about going to bed early and getting up at a reasonable time but then I made friends who are night owls. I still feel miserable when I wake up in the afternoon so I should try to avoid that.

For a while I was going to bed at a reasonable time too, and it was lovely. We should get back into it...

Mmm, waking up in the afternoon sounds kind of glorious, but I know that would throw one off. I still wake up in the morning, usually even at my 'usual time' but it's hard when you're running on a couple of hours sleep. Either that or I wake up a few hours too late, and by the time I finish everything I need to do it's lunch and I regret everything.

You should tell your friends you need sleep! lol.
