My Immortal, Thirty Hs, and Celebrian are the first that come to mind. I'd also include Light and Dark: The Adventures of Dark Yagami and Forbiden Fruit: The Tempation of Edward Cullen. And anything written by ComicsNix.

Nayrt, but I do consider myself a ComicsNix ~connoisseur~. I think his most famous are the Jean Grey stories, which were on Bad Robot's Fan Fiction Friday. My personal favorite is "Batman and Robocop: The Day the Men Found Love". It's just so beautiful.

Oh look, he wrote Love Beyond Circuits, Love Beyond Flesh! I am familiar with that, which was also on FFF (Topless Robot, I assume you meant?). I am familiar with that particular...masterpiece.

I'll have to read some more of his.

Oh yeah, I don't even know how my brain switched Topless Robot with Bad Robot.

They're very strange stories, in a completely fascinating way.
