Same. Also I liked his scene where his mom was bandaging his arm in Season 1. He was insisting that he didn't fight off the wolf, he just lied down and screamed, and then Cercei insisted that when he becomes king truth will be what he decides to be.

So he will never seem weak again. No wonder he rolled with it.

This is the reason why I was glad to see him become too unpredictable, to his mom's chargin. She was enabling him to be a lying little coward from childhood.
