Re: Making new habits is hard work

I'm trying to get in the habit of doing some light exercises on a MWF schedule, taking vitamins every day and being more mindful of my eating habits in general. It hasn't been an easy road, especially when it comes to finding the kind of exercises I can handle (being crippled SUCKS), but I've finally found a few I can manage without spending the following three days in too much pain to move, as well vitamins that don't mess my system up and healthy foods I actually enjoy. So far, my new system is working; I've lost ten lbs. and I'm starting to build up a bit of stamina. Here's hoping my mental fortitude holds up long enough for this to become a real habit. Good luck to you too, anon!
