So I'm guessing she is of Pakistani descent? I think that would be awesome to recommend to your coworker, assuming there's reason to think he and his daughter like comics. Why wouldn't you? Like, if there was an Australian superhero, wouldn't you want to recommend the book to your Australian friend? I think you're overthinking this.
