I don't use the sheets, just sleep on top of them. So I only wash them once they start pulling away from the bed since they normally stay in place. So they get washed oh maybe every month or two months or so.

Do you use other blankets on top of you or just sleep without covers?

I sleep with 5 blankets which includes an electric blanket! I turn it off after several hours though. Hate getting into a cold bed. And yes, I use the electric blanket in the summer!
