I think ERs should start charging extra from the people who show up drunk or on drugs, and just throw out any patients that get violent, be it against the staff or other patients. So you broke your leg while falling down the stairs in the bar? Tough shit, but it doesn't give you the right to hit the nurses.

I think they should charge extra for anyone who hurts themselves while doing something stupid, honestly. One of my friends was a former 911 dispatcher and the stories she had about some of the things people would call 911 for really make you shake your head.

Yes, trying to jump off a garage roof onto a trampoline is a great idea, who would ever think otherwise?
