You might not like her as much. This is true. Sansa is my favorite character, show and book (although I love Margaery in the show almost as much). But in the books, you're subjected to her 11-year-old girl mind, and all that entails. She's a kinder, better person in the show than in the books--while she's leagues better than almost anyone else, in the book, you see a lot more narcissism, bigotry, and blatant 11-year-old foolishness. This is not a criticism. But it might be a shock to you, and you might be offended that a character has been 'given' flaws.

Maybe I'm just not far enough along in the books to see what you mean, but I have to say that book-Sansa would never ever say, "Oh wait, I just realized I don't care." Though, politeness isn't necessarily a virtue when you're looking at her kind of story I guess.
