Already mentioned, but Voyager - Threshold never happened, Chakotay and Seven never got romantically involved. In Enterprise, These Are The Voyages also never happened. ...I kind of want to disregard some of the terrible 90s fashion (in TNG, and in DS9 from the screencaps I've seen), too.

Torchwood - Children of Earth and Miracle Day never happened. Neither did most of Exit Wounds. Two pretty decent series, and then wrapped up. Okay? Okay.

Doctor Who - uh, maybe everything from The Impossible Astronaut onwards. River is most definitely not Amy and Rory's kidnapped-and-brainwashed daughter and Amy didn't spend half a season as an unwilling incubator. Clara got to live her own life and wasn't 'born to save the Doctor'.

Korra - most of it :|
