It was very pretty and was Tangled-but-with-snow in writing and style. Having music that's almost as memorable as songs from Disney's renaissance was just a bonus aspect to its success, IMO. Some people were so dazzled that they completely forgot about every other Disney film that wasn't about "romantic love trumps all", it was kinda funny.
