LOL! Yeah, just take out the whole dramatic core of it and ditch any stylized elements, it'll be way better and like ten minutes long. Forget all the obsession and manipulation and various psychological issues while you're at it and just make them two totally normal guys who happen to work together. Shhh. Happy Hannibal AU is the only thing keeping me sane this season. :'(

Awwww. I was kind of ready for Beverly because of the first trailer and hearing how many major deaths there are this season and when the first one would happen, but it definitely hurt. I just think of it as following the "anybody can die anytime" rule of horror, so we have to love the side characters while we can and know that they'll still be there for us to rewatch. Zeller was the only character I didn't like last season because of his random dickishness, but he's grown on me so much, oh my god I wanted that apology scene so bad. I named my Kindle after Beverly and had to change it because it was making me too sad. It's gonna be a bittersweet rewatch after the season winds up. Her first scene with Will is always a jumble for me anyway because she's so funny with her directness and so fully realized from the first second she appears but is unknowingly reminding him of his greatest fear and intruding on this thing he's so uncomfortable with other people being around for, so I feel bad for him. It would have been great to see more of their friendship or wherever that could have gone, but I love everything we did get.
