12 - OH GOD ME TOO

Seriously, though, learning to think like Otacon actually helped me with school and with my interpersonal relationships, too - not just being a gibbering fandom loon. He's so tangential but he sees connections everywhere. Also, I had trouble telling people I cared about them until Otacon came along and showed me that YES IT'S OKAY TO BE HONEST AND TELL PEOPLE THAT YOU LOVE THEM/WORRY ABOUT THEM/REALLY WISH THEY WOULD GET BACK TO THE MISSION AND STOP PHOTOGRAPHING RANDOM POSTERS OF GRAVURE IDOLS.

Oh god, that read like MY secret. I'm so sorry.

EDIT - And yes, Otacon would be proud of you. And even if he wouldn't be, I bet Kojima would.

You know, it must take a lot of balls to do bad cosplay. Those kids must know how other people will react to them, but they still put in the time, energy, and money because it makes them happy. I don't cosplay, but if I did, I'd want to do it with the heart of a bad cosplayer.
