The only one of those that I've bothered to watch a full episode of is GoT, which I only watched the first season of. Nothing I've heard about it since or anything I've heard about the other shows makes me think I'm missing out on something that I'd get more out of them than the much more female-friendly shows that don't think misogyny/rape/abuse/serial killers as mains/etc are needed for quality storytelling.

But then, I love Witches of East End, Devious Maids, Pretty Little Liars, Sleepy hollow and Beauty and the Beast, which are considered to range from "cheesy but fun" to "awful."

I'd rather watch "cheesy" shows with strong, enjoyable female characters (and male characters) than some of these deep, critically acclaimed shows where the treatment of women are questionable at best.

There's also the fact that a lot of these "cheesy" shows get the label because things with female leads or a relatively high percentage of women in the cast automatically get the "fluff" or "fun" label because that's considered the domain of female interests/representation, while male dominated/led stories are automatically assumed to have a greater chance of being "serious" and "deep."
