No. The hate for Chris-chan comes from him being an awful person, not because of his autism. He's a racist, a "nice guy", and quite a disgusting person. He vandalized an X-Box display at Wal-Mart once and was banned from the store (he hates X-Box and calls it Hex Box, which is what he wrote on the display). His Encyclopedia Dramatica article lists everything done by him and to him (some girl pretended to date him and got his Sonichu medallion).

I've also never seen autist used outside of 4chan.

While I think saying the hate for Chris-chan comes only from his being an awful person is pretty disingenuous (I mean come on, nobody would bother if it wasn't so easy to take advantage of his mental disability), he is extremely terrible. He genuinely thought all those people were women who were in love with him, and he genuinely thought they were killing themselves or getting murdered or however else the trolls decided to end the charade, and he didn't care. He moved on to someone else within a week each and every time because all he cared about was their ability to provide him with sex. It was awful what people like BlueSpike did, but I really think Chris wasn't as affected by it as a normal person would be.

Plus, the "trolls" at the CWCki forums were the only ones who actually helped him after his house fire, even though the fire was mostly their fault and by that point Chris had tried to hit a man with his car for banning him from a game store, so most people would consider him unworthy of financial help.

Yeah I was gonna say, for all the horrible things people on the internet have gotten Chris to do, that home being a horrible fire hazard wasn't on anybody but the people living in that house. He was literally warned by people on hte internet more then anything.

His friends warned him as well. It's not just that he's learned to mistrust people, Chris literally will not listen to anyone's advice, no matter who it comes from, how well-intentioned they are or how gently they word it, if implementing it inconveniences him at all. Anything other than "you're doing great, it's everyone else who's terrible and nothing bad that happens to you is your fault" he just straight up ignores.

I see it on reddit a lot.

(Anonymous) 2014-05-19 03:54 am (UTC)(link)
The secret's talking specifically about fandom, though. Of course Reddit is going to be a big clod of shit about that.

I've actually seen it used here rarely.

Sperging out sometimes happens too.

I have seen "sperging out" used (1) here and (2) by some vocal ASD people on tumblr. I have been left confused.
