Has anyone thought to calculate how many secrets we'd have each week without the RP ones? It seems like the number would go waaay down, haha.
I don't really care. I'm not into the whole RP scene and I really only read the secrets if they're pretty anyway. :( So either way is fine by me.

I think it depends on the secret. Like if it's likely to cause wank or not.

I'm kinda tired of RP secrets. They are always the same thing and well-- I guess because I'm not in any RP communities at all, but I don't really see the point of most of them.
And I can't see the point of "ZOMG I HATE [insert pairing here], [insert alternate pairing here] IS SO MUCH BETTER AND I AUTOMATICALLY HATE PEOPLE WHO LIKE [insert pairing here]" secrets, but no one complains about them...
More like Death Note needs it's own secret comm. :I
Allow RP secrets, because that new community is probably going to die in a month.

Well, it can go either way. RP secrets are pretty damn frequent, then again, RPs are fandom related. o-o
There are only three RP secrets:

2. I'm in love with my RP partner
3. This person ruined the whole RP community

I like the mix ): I mean it's like other said; if you're gonna take out the RP secrets, then take the 'I'd hit it' secrets and 'I ship it' and 'I pretend to like this but I really like this' and 'I think [insert popular series/artists] is overrated' secrets too.
Maybe there're lots of RP secrets, but they're not always the same thing and half the fun about this comm for me is the mix of things. It's not like removing the RP secrets will magically make people create more secrets of other stuff.

o lawd, what, rp is not fandom enough for you guys? LOLOLOLOL geez. i find that hilarious.
It' more like, the secrets that have to do with RP aren't fandom enough. they are mostly personal "I love you, I hate you" and if they didn't have to do with someone paying a certain fandom character they wouldn't count. that's the problem.
but i don't really care...that's why i have a scroll nob. ^.^
if there were REAL fandom-RP secrets (like, "i think this should be canon") or something....maybe less ppl would have a problem with it.
the biggest problem also, is that they are almost all "inside secrets"--sometimes between only two people.

I like them even though I never RP and know none of the games :D
I personally don't mind. Even if some secrets are repetitive, boring, and overused, they're still secrets. They're still things that people want to express but can't IRL. Or something.
