I'd want them to stay. They're a part of fandom--a major part--and I like having the mix. Splitting them off is like having a separate secret community for shipping or fanart.

RP is a major part of fandom. I don't really RP much, but I acknowledge and appreciate that others do.
I don't see the problem. No, they don't always interest me, but a lot of fandom secrets don't when they aren't about fandoms I know about. Roleplaying is part of fandom - a huge part. Therefore, those secrets belong here.
On the one hand, it's a mite counterproductive to exclude what is, as others have commented, a very important tidbit of fandom activity. The LOLTOOFREQUENT argument doesn't really work because, well... Kingdom Heart, Death Note, CLAMP and I-SHIP-IT secrets are also fandom faves, and you can't just objectively draw the line for some, while maintaining the rest.
On the other hand... RP secrets do seem to generate quite a bit of d0rama. I say this as a fandomsecrets follower, RPer and RP moderator - it's no thrill when someone chooses to stamp a violent commentary alongside the username of the "offending" RP account, and call it a "secret". Maybe, as some posters have suggested, consider banning secrets that aren't general enough (" I hate this approach to X's characterization!!!! " as opposed to " ZOMGWTF player A's interpretation of B is made of PHAIL PHAIL PHAIL KILL THEM WITH FIRE " ? ). I don't know whether that sort of move wouldn't then force you to extend the courtesy unto all activities, tho - no more linking to individual fanfic and deviantart accounts and some such...

We pretty much already do that, I mean -- like the personal attack thing, if it goes into "this person is a terrible roleplayer kill it with fire they suck all over blah blah" then that's an attack, but if it's just like uhh today's wher eit's like "yeah I dislike the way they're played" or "I think they're OOC" or whatever then we kinda keep 'em uhhhhhhhhhhhh stuff
I don't think so. I don't see how a game of a few people basically having pseudo cyber sex/relationships with the guise of "role playing" fictional characters has anything to do with fandom. They're repetitive, boring, lame and unless you're in the person's specific RP universe, NO ONE CARES OR KNOWS WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT.
I don't watch tv, so I don't know what any of these House or Supernatural or Heroes secrets are about.

I usually don't read RP secrets anyway, I just roll right over them. I think people can do something in similarity as well, since it's usually easy to tell when it's going to be about a community, pairing, or whatever.
Either way, people can say that about Death Note secrets or the like, if we keep separating each little thing that someone nags about we won't even have a fandomsecrets anymore and will be forced to watch other communities which may die in a month or so anyway.

Oh, not to mention people will probably still keep sending them here anyway due to the convenience of just one community. People are pretty lazy and are not going to go out of their way, out into another community to post some RP!secrets when they could just easily send it here with other fandom secrets in one go.

Well... some RP secrets are pretty stupid, like the "I LOVE MY RP PARTNER!" or "THESE PEOPLE MADE ME LOVE/HATE THIS CHARACTER!" but on the other hand there are also some stupid non-RP secrets.
Take the 'I love you' secrets for example. Sure your RP buddy would like it but it's pretty pointless for everyone else.
So maybe not ban RP secrets but have a general rule that any secret is not to be directed at a specific person.

I don't mind them because I don't read them because in 99.99% of them I have absolutely no idea what they're talking about anyway.
A community dedicated entirely to RP secrets would get really old really fast. We think they're repetitive now, just wait until there aren't other secrets there to dilute them.

I want to add my two cents in too. I'm really sick of the rp secrets frankly. (And of course the "I ship it" are just as bad.)

What's people's problem with them?
I don't really care, I have no interest in them personally as I don't roleplay and therefore have no idea who/what the fuck they're writing about, but I understand that RP is just as much a fandom for many as bandom is for me. I think they should stay.
RP secrets cause too much pain for involved parties. If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything, I think.
