They might be saving it for themselves in case you delete. Looks to me like they're an archive for fic they like.

Also, they're not claiming it's theirs so it's not plagiarism. However, if you want them to take it down you can always PM them about it.

Exactly this. I sometimes copy other people's fics to a Word document privately for this reason. A few times, with permission, I've mirrored a fic on my own journal.

A lot of LJ journals get suddenly deleted by their owners. I've lost a lot of fics I loved.

It's unnerving, but if they left a link to your original fic post, and were careful to acknowledge that it was yours, it's kind of flattering.
