Even if you were physically stronger than someone, they'd be "letting" you dominate them to some degree in a consensual scene, in that for example they'd agree not to like, grab some physical implement that might be nearby and bash you in the head with it, or try to gouge your eyes out, and so on.
b) In terms of fantasies, why not fantasize about drugging someone, then?
I guess potentially you could also consensually drug someone in real life, but you'd have to be careful about what you were giving them and all that.
That's comletely different
