Re: Weekend Pllaaaannnnssss
Honestly I'm looking forward to the gym so I can see my friends! And knock on wood Sunday morning will be great as I take a long walk outside for a change of scenery. Well it is a walk but the mindset I have is that I am training to do an endurance run and not just taking a leisurely walk. I'm in a 6 mile run on July 4th so I started training for that this week. Never trained for a race before so it's exciting! Sad thing is that I won't be doing the strength that much because I need to train for endurance first. But the goal is to complete the race, then I can get back to my barbell!
