What is everyone going to be up to this weekend?

This weekend is my town's yearly town-wide yard sale. So hopefully I can find some awesome stuff for really cheap. Or, just find junk and try not to feel guilty because I am not buying the old lady's mismatched plate set. Hopefully I can also get some extra workouts in at the gym. :D

I'm going to visit my friend at her uni and I'm so super excited, I haven't seen her for so long. She's running a 5km run thing for charity and I'm gonna cheer her on and stuff =]

I'm heading to Disneyland with my family. It will actually be the first time I have ever been there that was not in January. Wish me luck.

Shopping, programming, drawing.

There is nothing going on, so I plan to walk to the supermarket I want to go to, which means it will be a three hour shopping trip (it's a REALLY nice walk though, I don't like taking the bus and the supermarket has some nice sandwiches I want to try). I'll take that as my daily parkour exercise.

it's a friend's birthday next weekend so I am going to bake cookies for her and mail them to her, since I won't be able to celebrate with her.

I also have to return some clothes I bought and just general errands. Clean my room, do wash, relax.

Enjoy the town wide garage sale, I think my town is the week after.

Rise Of The Triad 1995!

You know, as a game it's not that great most of the time? (It's just fun enough to keep me playing through the semi-abstract levels.) But the music, my god the music is like some kind of Latin/New Wave Brazilian Jazz Fusion Car Crash.

(last link is Mediafire because that song only sounds good if played back using a Roland SC-55 which is what a lot of classic FPS soundtracks were written for, but unfortunately no SC-55 version of that song is on Youtube.)

Can't wait to play the remake soon, I've never played.

I want a calm weekend to help ease off the stress from this week. It's been a hell of a one.

Honestly I'm looking forward to the gym so I can see my friends! And knock on wood Sunday morning will be great as I take a long walk outside for a change of scenery. Well it is a walk but the mindset I have is that I am training to do an endurance run and not just taking a leisurely walk. I'm in a 6 mile run on July 4th so I started training for that this week. Never trained for a race before so it's exciting! Sad thing is that I won't be doing the strength that much because I need to train for endurance first. But the goal is to complete the race, then I can get back to my barbell!

I plan to go see two movies on Tuesday (cheap day), so this weekend is for trying to work my sleep pattern around so I'm awake enough to get into the city for a 10AM session of Godzilla and stay awake for a 1-2PM of Maleficent.
