(Anonymous) 2014-05-31 03:29 am (UTC)(link)He didn't know a goddamned thing about the source material. He didn't even bother to give the original (subtitled) version a try, for comparison's sake, or read up about it at all, which is pretty fucking crucial research for something of this nature.
He didn't acknowledge Usagi's growth (yes, even in the dub) that happens later on.
It's all fine and good if you want to form these opinions after having seen only a little bit of something. It's fine to not like it.
But not if you're going to actually review it, for other people to see.
Sit your ass the fuck back down, and let someone more knowledgeable (or less pathetically lazy) talk about the material in question.
