Tell me about it. I anticipated death. It was obvious nobody was safe. I still wasn't a damn bit prepared for it. :(

For this movie only being okay, I am ridiculously fond of it. (Especially Jensen and Cougar. I would've spent two hours watching only them, though the rest of the cast is cool too.)

As for why they were working in a doll factory...maybe it was the only thing they could find? Who knows. (I'm okay with Cougar taking his shirt off wherever he wants.)

Headcanon it as Captain America and Heimdall (and John Winchester, if you're familiar with Supernatural). It becomes totally hilarious.

Try the comics, if you haven't. They are more than ok. But be prepared for heartbreak.

Kinda OT: but I keep seeing this movie pop up all over the place and I'm getting more and more tempted to watch it, if only for the like 2 minute segment of Chris Evans singing 'don't stop believing'. Idk it just looks kind of fun?

I saw it with my best friend in college, and it was hilarious. Though I probably think that bc my bf was making some really witty dry commentary throughout.

My favorite one liner from him:

You should check it out. It's a cheesy yet cute movie and all the actors are not only gorgeous, but have great chemistry as well. Also Jensen is my favorite Evans after Cap.

Speaking as someone who hasn't read the comics, it was really, really hard to care about any of the characters in that movie. Everyone I watched it with (four other people) felt the same way.

Don't know of any fic about the doll situation.

Granted, most of the fanfic I read involves Cougar and Jensen getting sweaty and doing the horizontal tango (and the vertical tango, and then 60-degree angle tango. One time they did the salsa)

Now I'm curious as well, but I have to say I always figured the no shirt thing was because they're working in a factory somewhere in Central America, in other words - cuz it's mutherfucking hot (and not so much in a sexy way, as in the sweaty heat stroke kind of way), that's why.

At the same time, do any of us really care? No, no we do not.
