I bought a 3DS last fall on a whim, after never owning a DS before. I am a gamer, and had all the Game Boys, but just... skipped the DS stuff, I guess. Anyway, I've been trying to catch up on 3DS games. I like the system more than I thought I would, especially when I have a few minutes just to play something mindless. I already played Pokemon and Zelda, and am currently playing Final Fantasy Theatrhythm (spelling?). It's kind of cute, but not very exciting - well, it's a rhythm game - but I kept playing until I unlocked Aeris, my favorite character. lol Now I need more 3DS recommendations!

I just bought the game Braid because it was on sale on Steam. So I'll probably start playing that tonight! I am not looking forward to any particular games but I am looking forward to the Steam Summer Sale.

I found my old copy of Kirby Super Star Ultra when I cleaned up my room and sold several games to GameStop for almost 40$. (I guess it doesn't matter how old Pokemon games are (within reason))

i'm slowly but surely completing my pokédex (there are still some that need evolving). the only pokémon i'm missing are deoxys, palkia, manaphy, darkrai, keldeo, meloetta and genesect. i hate events :( it's so easy to miss them when you're not following them closely.

I'm almost done with DmC! I need to play it when my friend is around, though. I suck at melee games, so those ninja guys that you have to parry to hit them or whatever?? Yeah, those guys murder me. Dude friend is the only one that can beat them for me.

Oh, and there's this really pretty and fun side scroller we've been playing together on the Xbox One (or was it PS4???). I can't really remember the name, but it has a box-conjuring wizard.

Soooo excited for Dragon Age 3! I loved DA2, but know it had a lot of flaws, but since there was a lot of flack for that I feel like Bioware is really going to try their best with this one. All the introduced characters look awesome, though as of yet we're missing good pretty boys a la Fenris for those gay playthroughs...

I'm mostly just putzing around on CoD: Ghosts multi these days, though I plan to buy the Infamous: Second Son when I get the chance. There's not much out new right now that I'm all that interested in. Maybe the Metro series remasters? I think those come out in a couple of months.

I don't really play video games much but I've been playing the Sims 3 lately. I have the expansion packs Late Night and World Adventures and have really enjoyed World Adventures.

I have Fallout Vegas and Skyrim both at half stage (actually I only started on Skyrim) and I was definitely enjoying them. Thing is, I don't have time and I had to drop both of them... this actually makes me unhappy at random times. And I had finally acquired a follower to bring along! Still, I liked having the doggie even more than having a human follower, but I have no idea where to find the doggie on this one.

Oh btw, what is the most fun follower I could acquire? I got the one with the red hat and the sunglasses but that's because it was the first I found.

Also, Skyrim is no my crappy laptop and it runs at the lowest settings possible, but jesus, it is SO pretty. I realised I would spend hours just wandering aimlessly to watch the pretty scenery and had to put it aside...

OH BTW.

I just watched the last MG Phantom Pain trailer and it is so underwhelmingly emo I could die. I think that's because it is basically a self-celebratory fanvid, but I must say it did not make me very enthusiastic... the first trailers had made me lose my mind!

I'm still enjoying Animal Crossing: New Leaf, although my interest has waned a lot since last year. I'm currently waiting for Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. This week was the BEST in terms of pre-release. I haven't enjoyed a pre-release this much since gen 4. I'm on the hype train SO HARD.

I have my own character on my own account in FFXIV! It's a lot of fun and I spent a few times talking to random people to make groups for dungeons. I also want to be a serious crafter in this game, not being able to drop HQ raw materials before level 12 drives me nuts! My world is Cerberus and my character is Zhoe Elakha (thaumaturge level 17)if anyone wants to play with me.

I also bought a bunch of DLC for Crusader Kings II. The Old Gods is fun (and being a Norse pagan is already way more fun than Slavic pagan, you can set up raiding parties and wreak havoc in Ireland!). My first playthrough ended up with several assassinations and I rage quit after my current character player was a female petty queen who married normally.

I poked my head back into DmC and DMC4 in another attempt to finally finish them both. Spent the whole time in DMC4 getting turned around (man is it easy to get lost in that game) and snickering at Nero and his sparkly tears of rage. Goddamn, give me Dante already, I can't take much more of this.

And I should probably get back to Kingdoms of Amalur at some point between all these Dragon Age replays...probably.

Got re-hooked on Katamari Damacy lately - or more specifically, We <3 Katamari, because it happened to be the first one of the bunch that I found, so I popped it in. I'd happily be playing any of them though.

Thinking about a replay of Shadow of the Colossus, out of sadness that The Last Guardian really does seem completely dead now. :( But on the brighter side, now that the Layton/Ace Attorney game has a release date, I should also maybe play the first couple Layton games, which I bought ages ago and never got around to.

...But more likely I'll just keep rolling bigger katamaris. -_-

Looking forward, tentatively, to the Steam Sale; I prepared my wishlist!

Right now I'm playing a lot of Mario Kart 7; I got it on a whim because everyone's playing Mario Kart 8 and I don't have a Wii U.

I'm replaying Bioshock Infinite, and I'm almost done with that. I also just got Shadowrun Returns, so I might give more of that a shot.

I should be finishing up that Dragon Age replay I started a while back (so I can start on the expansions + DA2 and finish up before DA:I) but instead I'm here on fs.

Same with Uncharted; I want to replay all of them before Uncharted 4, but since the game doesn't even have a release date yet I imagine it'll be a while and there's no hurry. I'm really nervous about Uncharted 4; I sort of wish it wasn't being made because I feel like 3 left off at a perfect place and I don't want Naughty Dog to fuck with that, and since this is 'Nate's last adventure' I just hope that he, Elena or Sully don't die because 'every series needs a shocking death', but I can't help but worry. I just want everyone to make it out alive, and Nate and Elena to finally have their happy ending. :/ Sully, though...I worry about Sully the most. (Even though he's almost died a couple times now, the whole 'father figure dies' thing happens constantly and I wouldn't put it past them especially if this is the last game.)

Oh, and I should get back to Dawnguard as well. I only just started that before dropping Skyrim again... (Serana is hot, yo.)

I recently started Mass Effect 3(I am very slow at starting games) so it'll take me a while to get through that, but I like what I've seen so far. I'm not very far through atm(got interrupted when I started playing and I haven't got back to it yet) so I'm just remembering how all the buttons work again.

And rant time(this is WoW related so no-one will care, but I need to get it off my chest): I want to punch whoever made the Green Fire quest for Warlocks in the face. The last fight in that quest is so horribly difficult, it's not even fun in a challenging way, it is flat out infuriating. But damn it I will finish it.

As for games I'm looking forward too: The new Tomb Raider, it's looks very cool and the prior one was pretty awesome. The DLC for Infamous: Second Son has me intrigued. And as much as I like the sound of the new Star Fox I wont be buying a console for one game, so sadly I wont get to play it.

Currently playing a fair bit of Defiance and ME3 co-op (still). Replaying Fallout 3. Playing Sims 3 for relaxation. Mucking around with the Skyrim Creation Kit as well, does that count?

Eagerly waiting for Dragon Age: Inquisition and The Witcher 3.

Well, currently playing DA2 again and trying to romance Isabela this time around. Also playing Guild Wars 2, though I haven't really gone on for a while. I always get this urge to make more characters, but I know I shouldn't.

I also wish my Sims 2 game wasn't completely borked because I love it to death and I spent quite a bit of time getting all the CC I wanted to make my game look nice. Hopefully once TS4 for Mac comes around, there will be a lot less technical problems.

Playing: Skyrim. That's mostly it, though I have severas other games on hold. Skyrim just kind of distracted me from everything oops. (Very late to the Elder Scrolls party, yes.) And I'm playing Mario Kart 8 with my brother :)

Looking forward to: right now? mostly Nintendo stuff lol. (Hoenn remakes, Hyrule Warriors, SSB Wii U, and Splatoon, mostly) And other stuff coming out in the more distant future. I have a library full of games on Steam that I haven't even started playing, so I'm not looking to add anything specific to it right now.
