I assumed they meant the Hawkeye title specifically, as that is what the picture is of and OP used singular comic.

lol, seriously. I don't think Fraction would shy away from that sort of thing. (Unless Marvel just wouldn't LET him write it, but...since I don't get where this sexual deviancy thing is coming from in the first place I imagine OP made it up.)

I dunno, OP. Clint keeps getting himself in crazy situations that could kill him. Could be a sign of masochism.

Uh, I've read a lot of comics just because they have Hawkeye in them (years long Hawkeye fan here!) and I don't recall this. And I'd really like to read it, so point me in the direction, OP! I can't read the comics in your mind.

Similarly, I am pissed off that the comic book or film industry hasn't addressed Tony Stark's freaky foot fetish, Natasha's ribald interest in rubber and latex moulding on humans, Bruce Banner's thing for bubble wrap, Steve's desire for a chubby hubby, and Thor's randy role-playing as Agnetha from ABBA (with Loki's as Bjorn).

I am now reminded that myth!Thor did once dress in drag and pretend to be Freya while getting married to a giant in an attempt to get his hammer back (which he did, and promptly started a brawl at his own wedding and murdered his husband-to-be), during which venture Loki was along and dressed as his handmaiden and struggling valiantly to keep a straight face.

If comics have not managed some version of this event, I honestly will be very, very disappointed.
