YES. Actually this can apply to shippers of ships with any level of popularity or lack thereof, but it's especially annoying when their ship is actually huge and they act like they're sooo ignored and marginalized in canon while actually there are like 20 other ships that are way smaller and more ignored.

it's fine to be bitter and disappointed about it

but the show and its creators have done nothing wrong here and it's only a matter of your expectations, not of anything they've done wrong. it's not like you have some kind of a right to have Tina be autistic - to have this specific character, in this specific narrative, have that specific trait.
