Sansa. She's a realistically written girly teenager who doesn't think outside her bubble at first. So what? Robb's a realistically written masculine teenager who doesn't think outside his bubble ever. It bites them both in the ass disastrously in the end.

Sansa and Robb are awesome for precisely those reasons.

I don't care much about Robb - even though I admit he's kinda hot in the show and I like his accent - because I think his character arc makes much more sense in the books, but I totally agree about Sansa. I also noticed that most of her haters tend to be really sexist or Arya stans.
Cersei is also one of my top 5 favorite characters both in the books and in the show and she does have a lot of haters :(

Yeah, but Cersei at least is pretty villainous. Ordering the murder of a bunch of babies, for instance. Not to mention she's incompetent.

I think ASOIAF fandom hates female characters more than a male character in the same situation, but with Cersei, it's fairly justified.
