Re: Weird fearings

I used to have this massive fear of someone hiding in my closet and attacking me when I went to sleep. For years I flipped the light on and checked the closet before going to bed. I've since stopped, but I can't even tell you how; I just stopped doing it.

Oh, and this one is somewhat normal I think, but something or someone grabbing my leg from under the bed. And the funny thing is, I haven't 'seen too many horror movies' because I don't even like most horror films. (Or find them partically scary.) Somehow I still have this fear. (Though, again, it isn't as bad as it used to be.)

That someone will be looking back at me if I look out a dark window, that there's something staring back at me down long, dark hallways, lots of irrational things.

Is fearing an elevator fall a 'weird' fearing? Way more people die...well, most ways than by elevators, but I can't help it; those things feel like death traps to me and if the ride isn't super short or if the elevator creaks I'm probably going to spend the time hoping I don't die and trying not to freak out. When I can I take the stairs; I need the exercise anyway.
