When she started posting "fuck Disney" tags I rolled my eyes hard and unfollowed. Of course this had been after a while and other stuff had happened to make me unsure and annoyed at them for things. I just sorta realized that it was getting to the point where I was more often annoyed with her than getting along.

I had gotten into a certain fandom before it became popular in the mainstream, and I was just getting those "ride the trend" vibes from this person. But then, that had also been true for the other fandoms for which they had recorded vocal covers. I guess I was at that point where I was like, "don't do that to my fandom."

Much butthurt about nothing, I know.

Frequent posting of pointless asks that were just banter between them and their friends or troll anons.

Stanning for the Benedict Cumberbatch version of Rosencrantz (from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead) and acting like his Rosencrantz performance was better than all other Rosencrantz performances.

I'm a big fan of better living through killfiles going all the way back to the wild and wooly usenet days. I find plonking someone generally a more satisfying that reading bullshit.

It's not petty, but at least I should've told her it was wrong to say that or even confirm she wasn't trolling but her people commenting "Would gladly do so" pissed me off way too much that I didn't even think twice before I deleted her that instant.

There isn't much else that makes me unfollow someone. (Unless the person is a total dick, or if we have absolutely no fandoms in common anymore, but most everything else I can work with.)

too many pictures of overweight people. They weren't offensive and were all in the vein of "big is beautiful" etc but I do not care to see lots of random photos of normal looking people.

I only unfollow people because I'm not comfortable following them. So sometimes that means they've said something horrifying, and sometimes it just means they gripe about work a lot, and I can't soak up the negativity. Even if some of the reasons are less of a big deal than others, it all boils down to what I want to look at every day, so it feels about the same level of pettiness to me.

To answer your question though, I guess vaguetweeting. Drives me nuts. I never know if what they're complaining about is a legitimate crisis or a minor annoyance, and I worry myself sick.
