It is really hard to find musicals without romance! I listed some that may be useful to you below. Good luck, and it is tiresome to have romance endlessly.

Cats
Assassins (one song with romanticish feelings, but actually about murdering for the one you adore from afar)
Gypsy has the mom who has an attempted romance and maybe one song?
Urinetown has romance, but it's totally ridiculous, deconstructed, and not the point at all. Just serves the plot. No happy ending, either.
The Color Purple has some romance, but it's all B plot.
Spamalot has two romances, one entirely stupid and contrived (and made to be so) and one not-heterosexual, if that helps? Still not the A-plot.
