The third one is the X-Files I think, but I can't remember which characters are having that conversation(I do know it's Orlando Jones(actor name not character), and I'm thinking Mulder?).

Close! It's not the X-files, but the actor who plays Mulder and Orlando Jones are in it and in the scene.

2 is from Star Wars. From the Death Star rescue attempt I'm pretty sure. TK421 is one of the stormtroopers that Han and Luke impersonate.

Kinda shocked no one got that already

Yes! It was specifically the stormtrooper Luke was impersonating I think.
