As someone who is online/offline friends with a SJW, you might want to look at getting more friends. Not as in "dump the ones I have", but just expand a bit. From experience it can be very stressful dealing with that kind of NEVER OFFEND ANYONE, CARE ABOUT ALL CAUSES EQUALLY AND AT THE SAME TIME mindset 24/7.

Different groups of friends might help you let off some steam. Not in terms of "let's bitch about my sjw friends behind their back", but in just being around different people and not having that be a central focus and/or hidden iceberg of wank/"what you just said was problematic."
