Some ground rules:

Even taking nostalgia into account, I prefer the days when my fandom was more active on LJ. We had discussions (both fandom and non fandom), fic fests and just... we had fun. Now people have drifted away and what fandom presence is left is on tumblr, which lacks that same sense of community. There's little to no discussion, and there's very little connection made outside of fandom.

I miss the days when I knew cool people who happened to like the same fandom. :(
